01:38 : Geez, I did not realize (even after 5 rewatches) that Bellamy was THAT much older than everyone else. Put him on a list! 03:49 : A little late, but I had assumed the one child rule was for population control. Like, maybe the systems of the Arc couldn't handle boundless boning. However, are all the kids on Earth cousins at this point? 07:23 : What exactly is this man suggesting here? Boy needs to stahp. 07:58 : Sickening to think about. 15:07 : Skeletons hung up like this imply that there are multiple groups of Grounders and that one group is warning the other. It also implies that this area is known and likely patrolled. That's fine, we have to get Octavia, but it's lot like knocking on the front door. 16:26 : I still don't really understand this government. What are we surprise inspecting for, in a closed system? 18:15 : I'm a sucker for characters that grow through trauma. Our girl is doing an arduous thing and I hope it turns out for the better. 20:00 : In video games, this is my favorite kind of character to play. I love the idea of just snatching folks, crowd control, or just moving them around. It was at this moment that I was hoping the Grounders would be dope. 22:56 : Ugh! Brutal. Running and then fighting is a lot a lot worse than just fighting at full capacity. The guys chasing you don't need to run as fast, they just need to be persistent. 27:09 : I can't even imagine seeing the back side of their door for the first time, much less the moon, and interacting with people for the first time ever. I've done it my whole life and I shut down in groups bigger than 3 or when there's music and talking. 29:28 : I'm sure they'll never address it but being so prepared to chain someone up in a basement is never a good thing. 30:10 : For once, not bravery. Jasper just straight up cracked. Very realistic, under all the layered stressful conditions. 31:50 : I actually never understood what broke up the party before. "Solar Flare Alert", is what the announcement said. I guess they're getting IDs out, so they can account for everyone being safe. That makes a lot more sense, now. 32:46 : It super sucks that their mom died for it, but that seemed kind of inevitable. Octavia going into the juvenile jail and being granted a rview at 18 seems a little better than them both dying later. 34:18 : Raven's directness is so refreshing. Sure, she took some quiet time to try and play out other possible explanations but, when it was go time, she went. Clarke gets half of a point for not lying when directly asked. She's still at -1000 for being annoying and lying all the other times. 34:55 : BIG AGREE. He could have waited more than 10 days. Our girl got Kirk'd. 35:48 : Let it be known : Octavia is the first to defeat a Grounder! 36:24 : I always like the style of Monroe. I don't think she ever gets any proper screentime and I wish she had. 38:00 : I actually remember being completely shocked the first time I saw this. Probably my least suspected. I was sure it was Kane. 39:32 : Happy to see Finn go down. Hate that guy. Props to Jasper for being the second to defeat a Grounder. My team is better than your team. 41:01 : Octavia has a lot of names throughout this series. For now, we're just gonna call her TruthTeller.

Bellamy got worse. Octavia got better. Jasper continues to show up. I think at this point, Octavia had officially moved from a "maybe annoying" to "going places". Bellamy was certainly "just a selfish dick". Honestly, I don't think Finn is worth losing sleep over but I don't think it's entirely unrealistic for Raven and Clarke to be invested. I dread listening to people cry for him in the next one.
